Planifica uses a small number of cookies — just enough to keep you signed in and to understand how the product is used. We don't use cookies to build advertising profiles.
01 What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site remember your actions and preferences over time. We also use similar technologies such as localStorage, and refer to them all as “cookies” here.
02 Cookies we use
- Essential — keep you signed in, secure your session, and remember your active workspace. The Services don't work without these. These cookies do not require your consent under GDPR Article 6(1)(b).
- Preferences — remember settings like theme, density, and sidebar layout so the app looks the way you left it. Stored in localStorage on your device.
- Analytics — help us understand which features are used, in aggregate, so we can improve them. We use Umami Analytics, a privacy-respecting tool that does not track individuals across sites and does not set third-party cookies. You can opt out by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser.
03 Third-party cookies
A few trusted providers set cookies on our behalf — for example, our authentication providers (Google and GitHub) during sign-in, and our payment processor during checkout. Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies. We have data processing agreements in place with each provider.
04 Managing cookies
You can clear or block cookies through your browser settings at any time. Note that blocking essential cookies will prevent you from staying signed in and may stop parts of the Services from working. Non-essential analytics can be disabled by enabling “Do Not Track” in your browser — Planifica respects this signal.
05 Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our use of cookies changes. When we do, we'll revise the date above and, where appropriate, prompt you to review your choices.
