These terms are the agreement between you and Planifica for use of our workspace. They're written to be readable — but they are still a contract, so please read them.
01 Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you're using Planifica on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
02 Your account
You're responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Services.
03 Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Services. In particular, you will not:
- Break the law, infringe others' rights, or upload malicious code.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems that aren't yours.
- Interfere with, overload, or reverse-engineer the Services.
- Resell or sublicense the Services without our written permission.
04 Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Fees are charged per seat as described on our pricing page. You can cancel anytime; your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
05 Your content
You retain ownership of the projects, tasks, and files you create in Planifica (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to host, store, and display Your Content solely to operate and improve the Services. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to the content you upload.
06 Our intellectual property
The Services, including their design, software, and trademarks, are owned by Planifica and protected by law. These terms don't grant you any right to use our branding without prior written consent.
07 Termination
You may stop using the Services and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or use the Services in a way that risks harm to others. On termination, your right to use the Services ends, and we handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
08 Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We don't guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that they will meet every requirement.
09 Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Planifica will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
10 Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Services evolve. When changes are material, we'll update the date above and notify you in the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
